How does the Jeanné Reward Program work?
It's simple. Jeanné, Inc. values your business. You will
automatically be entered into the Jeanné Rewards
'Silver' Membership as soon as you have purchased a minimum of
$50 of our products. You do not have to do anything except
create an online account with Jeanné, Inc. Membership in the
Rewards Program is free.
Once in the membership program, you
will receive 1 Jeanné reward point for each dollar you spend
on any sheet music or CD purchase with us. Once you have spent
a total of $500, you will automatically become a Jeanné
Rewards 'Gold' Member and receive double points, 2 points for
each dollar spent on sheet music or CDs.
Note that for both 'Silver' or 'Gold' member status, the
purchases do not have to be all in one order. We will keep
track of your order history and when you reach the dollar
totals needed, your membership status will be set
automatically. The dollar minimums needed for membership
categories are based on your purchase history of any Jeanné
product.
As you accumulate points, you may redeem your points for
discounts on your next order. These points can be used for
discounts on sheet music and CDs only.
What's the value of 1 Jeanné Reward Point?
Currently, 20 Jeanné Reward Points are equivalent to $1.00.
It's like getting a 5% rebate for 'Silver' Members or 10% rebate
for 'Gold' Members.
How do I know how many points I have?
Log into your account and then click the Jeanné Rewards button
at the top of the screen. Once you have become a member of the
rewards program, the total points you have accumulated
will be displayed. Your accumulated points will also be
displayed at checkout.
When will I get my points?
Rewards Points will be applied to your account after
your order is completed.
Will my Jeanné Reward Points ever expire?
Your points will be available indefinitely as long as you have
an active account. An account will be deemed "inactive" and
will be deleted if there have been no purchases for any
products at Jeanné for a period of two years.
Do I have to create an account to collect points?
Yes. In order for us to track how many points you earn and
spend, we need for you to have an online account. You also need
to log into your account to be able to spend your points. So if
you don't have an account yet, please register today! Remember,
Jeanné will not release any of your personal information.

Can I earn or use rewards points with a phone or mail order?
No. Reward Points can be earned or used only through an online
order.
How do I use my points to pay or help pay for an order?
1) Log into your account.
2) Add items to your cart.
3) Upon checkout, the total points you have available will be
displayed. If you have selected any sheet music or CD products
and wish to use your reward points as a discount on these
products, select "Redeem Points" and the value will be deducted
from the total due. Reward Points cannot be used for shipping
or sales tax.
4) Select the shipping and payment options and complete your
order.
